The project is located on a very steep slope. The topography quickly led this project of 3 chalets with 3 apartments, with compulsory settlement in place of collective housing, to a face rich in balconies and windows to the east.
The desire to work on the aesthetics of the chalet quickly became apparent, in view of its surroundings. So the slope was landscaped, after extensive special work to retain the rear embankment.
Rental apartments are furnished with care and simplicity in mind, so that tenants can identify with the space and make it their own.
