BEEZI is a building combining dedicated areas for businesses and shared zones to encourage exchanges and community living.
The building is set alongside the freeway, but on the edge of landscaped areas. This is why the BEEZI center combines the built, the mineral and the plant.
The facades, made of bronze-tinted folded and perforated aluminium sheets, create a play of shadows and reflections that underscore the building's innovative character, while subtly integrating it into the landscape despite its imposing size.
Workshop and office space is spread over two levels, centered around a community core featuring conference rooms, a food court, fitness center and relaxation areas. Planted patios perforate the building, inviting nature and natural light into its center. The building's structure is made of steel and concrete, allowing the plan to be flexible over the long term. The facades are made entirely of insulated elements, created specifically for this building. This exemplary building meets the latest energy and environmental performance standards.
