The «Les Bousses» PPE project is located in the commune of Noville, close to Lake Geneva and all amenities.
Developed in 2 buildings linked by a building containing the technical areas and cellars, the building is set on a flat plot of land bordering an agricultural zone and close to the old parish church, a national heritage site.
Each building has a large western exposure, with the emblematic «Grammont» as a backdrop.
Each apartment has its own private terrace or balcony, providing plenty of light and sunshine.
The buildings are designed in a village style, in keeping with the surrounding built environment. However, a touch of contemporary architecture will be introduced in the choice of materials and interior and exterior finishes.
