This project consists of two levels with little difference, on a sloping plot. Located in Châtel-St-Denis, this villa is just a few steps from the Veveyse cycle d'orientation and not far from the church.
Entering this structure, we come to a corridor fitted with wall cupboards. The raised part houses the bedrooms, the utility room, the cellar and the storeroom, as well as a shared toilet and bathroom for the two bedrooms. The other rooms of the house, office, living room and kitchen, are 45 cm lower.
A generous terrace runs along the southern side of the building, giving access to a garden. The covered part of this terrace offers a dining area with a table, while the open part offers a relaxation area with sofas.
This villa is built of masonry with all-round insulation. Its flat roof gives it a modern feel.
