This urban densification project takes its name from a neighborhood of small pre-war dwellings, one of which the owner originally wanted to restore.
In the end, a 9-apartment project was born, divided into two side-by-side volumes linked by a central stairwell.
Three 3.5-room apartments enjoy a west-facing sunset, while the remainder of the lots, divided between 2-, 4- and penthouse apartments, are south-facing.
The built environment of multi-family dwellings and the few detached houses in front of the project directed the office towards a neutral but discreet shade and materiality. Since flash white was out of place, and neither were fanciful hues, mineral brown was the natural choice.
All apartments feature generous balcony terraces. In addition to its contemporary architecture, the project is characterized by a wealth of interior details and finishes.
