  • Villas
Located in the Montimbert residential area, this project of 2 adjoining villas has been designed to allow for the future construction of a 3rd unit below.

The sloping terrain, mainly northwest-facing, necessitated the creation of villas distributed in half-levels, staggered vertically and horizontally. This complex arrangement allows the villas to follow the existing terrain and blend in delicately with the built fabric.

The 2 villas are laid out identically. Following on from the carport, the entrance gives access, half a floor below, to the technical area and cellar. Half a storey up, a living/dining area opens onto a generous terrace, sheltered by the overhang of the villa's top floor. This is followed by the children's bedrooms, bathroom, guest WC and laundry room. The top floor is occupied by the master bedroom, which opens onto a balcony/terrace, sheltered from view, offering a little height and lovely glimpses of the surrounding countryside.

The villas are built using traditional materials. The structure is made of concrete/bricks, while the facades are made of plastered all-round insulation.

In order to integrate these new volumes as effectively as possible into the neighborhood, while at the same time adding a contemporary look, only brown tones were used in this project.
